Multi-Day Wedding Photography& Videography

Each day is its own booking. A full day is eight hours with two team members; shorter events — a Haldi, a tea ceremony, an aghd, a rehearsal dinner — are quoted as part days rather than as a full eight hours. There is no fixed multi-day package, because no two schedules are shaped the same way. Send us the dates and we will price them line by line.

No, and this is the most common assumption we correct. Chinese and Vietnamese tea ceremonies, Persian aghd and reception, Nigerian traditional and white weddings, Korean paebaek, Filipino ceremonies and Jewish weekends all run over more than one day — and so do plenty of weddings with no cultural component at all, where a civil ceremony, a welcome party or a second reception simply falls on a different date.

Yes. A pre-wedding or engagement session is $747 on its own, or $497 when added to a wedding collection, and it is the single most useful thing you can add — you get used to the camera and we learn how the two of you actually behave together, months before it counts. The day-after session is where a lot of the pictures people end up framing come from: no schedule, no guests waiting, and locations you could not have used on the day itself.

Wherever the schedule allows it, yes — and it matters more than couples expect. The same team across every event means the Mehndi and the reception look like one story rather than two studios' work, and nobody is being introduced to your family on the most important morning of the weekend.

Yes. Plenty of couples cover the ceremony and reception with us and handle a smaller event themselves, or add only the welcome party. We will tell you honestly which days we think are worth photographing and which are not, rather than quoting all of them by default.

Yes, and it is the reason to hire a team that has shot them before. We know when the Baraat actually arrives versus when the schedule says it will, that the Haldi is its own day rather than an hour of the wedding morning, where a photographer can and cannot stand at a Mandap or a Gurdwara, and how a tea ceremony's seating decides where the camera has to be before anyone sits down.

Only when two things genuinely run at once — getting ready in two houses, a Baraat arriving while the ceremony space is being finished, a reception starting while family portraits are still going. On a three-day weekend that is usually one day, not all three, and we will say which one.

Travel is included across Southern California, and we photograph regularly in Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Temecula and Santa Barbara. Further afield is quoted plainly with no markup games.

Earlier than a single day, simply because you are holding more of a calendar. Twelve to eighteen months is typical for peak dates, and multi-day weekends are the first thing to go. It costs nothing to ask about a date.
