Los Angeles Portrait Photographer

Creative studio portraits, family sittings and fine-art beauty work — made one session at a time in our own Los Angeles studio.

In-studio portraiture

Your art piece, unlike any other

Lulan Studio makes creative portraits in Los Angeles — individual sittings, families, beauty and fashion work. Every session is built around the person in front of the camera rather than a template, and everything below was photographed in our own studio.

A red-carpet experience

We photograph one session per day. That means the whole studio, and all of our attention, belongs to you and the details of your shoot.

Magazine-quality editing

Hair, styling and lighting are shaped on the day, then every delivered frame is refined to the standard you would expect from an editorial page.

Fine art finishing

Hand-painted canvas

We can transform a digital frame into an art piece through hand-painting, then print and frame it using archival-quality materials — the kind of finish usually found in museums.

Hand-painted canvas is supplied framed. If it is something you are considering, mention it when you enquire and we will walk you through the options.
