We don't just shoot at your venue.
We help you fill it.
Four programs built for venue sales and marketing teams — styled shoot days, a vendor event that brings 100–200 planners and creatives through your doors, on-site sessions for your staff and your spaces, and a permanent referral listing.
Bookings come from vendors and images
Couples find a venue through the planner who recommends it, the photographer whose gallery they saved, and the images that made them stop scrolling. A partnership works all three at once: we put creatives inside your space, we make the imagery that markets it, and we point the couples who ask us "where should we get married?" toward your calendar.
Lulan Studio has photographed over 2,300 weddings across Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Las Vegas since 2016, and maintains a working relationship with several hundred planners, florists, stylists and coordinators throughout Southern California.
National Association of Wedding Professionals
NAWP — the national body for wedding industry professionals.
Wedding Industry Professionals Association
WIPA — the invitation-led association for luxury wedding professionals.
OC Wedding Professionals
OCWP — the Orange County working community of planners and creatives.
Zola & The Knot
Teaching wedding professionals on both national planning platforms.
Lulan is the president of NAWP and an active member of WIPA and OCWP, and teaches for Zola and The Knot. The vendor network behind a styled shoot and the speakers behind an education session come from that involvement — not from a purchased list.
A full creative team, inside your rooms
We assemble and direct the entire vendor team — planner, florist, stylist, rentals, hair and makeup, gown house, stationery, cake, and models — for a half or full day in your space. Everyone shoots the same story; everyone leaves with images they'll publish, each one crediting and tagging your venue.
- We produce it end to endCreative direction, mood board, vendor recruitment, call sheet, timeline and on-the-day run of show. Your team opens the door and points to the outlets.
- Photo and cinema in the same dayStills plus a short film and vertical cutdowns, so the day feeds your website, Instagram, TikTok and any paid placements.
- Rights cleared for your marketingYou receive a curated, written-permission gallery for web, social, print collateral and trade-show use.
- Editorial submissionWe submit the completed story to wedding publications and blogs. A feature earns your venue an editorial backlink and a fresh audience.
- Scheduled around your calendarTypically a weekday or an off-peak month, so nothing competes with a booked event.
Put 200 wedding vendors inside your venue
A one-time, three-to-four-hour evening built around your space. We invite 100–200 wedding professionals — planners, coordinators, florists, DJs, photographers, videographers, HMU artists and bakers — from Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire and Ventura. They tour your rooms, meet your sales team, and leave knowing exactly which couple to send you.
- We bring the roomInvitations go to our own vendor network and are amplified through partner guilds and social. We manage RSVPs, the guest list and check-in.
- Education, not just minglingTwo or three short sessions from working professionals — booking in the age of AI search, content that actually converts, timeline design, pricing without discounting.
- Structured networkingGuided introductions rather than a cocktail scrum, so your sales team meets the planners who place the most business.
- Fully documentedPhoto and video coverage all evening, with a recap gallery and a highlight reel your team and every attending vendor can post — dozens of tagged posts about your venue in one week.
- A preferred list that builds itselfEvery attendee is captured with contact details and specialty and handed to you as a working vendor list.
Arrival & venue tour
Doors, check-in, welcome drink, and guided small-group tours of every ceremony and reception space.
Education sessions
Two or three 15–20 minute talks, back to back, with a short Q&A. Seated, in your largest room.
Structured networking
Facilitated introductions by category, with your sales team positioned to meet the highest-volume planners.
Open house & content
Free-roam photography, headshot corner for attendees, group portrait, and closing remarks from your team.
Your team and your spaces, properly photographed
Two things every venue needs and almost none has current: consistent portraits of the people who sell the venue, and clean commercial imagery of the venue itself — shot deliberately, not scavenged from someone else's wedding gallery.
- Employee & team headshotsA studio built on site for a morning. Sales team, event managers, culinary and leadership — consistent lighting, background and retouching, delivered in matching crops for your site, email signatures and LinkedIn. New hires can be matched later.
- Venue space commercial sessionEvery ceremony site, reception room, suite, bar and terrace — empty and styled, shot across the day so the light matches what you promise on a tour. Twilight exteriors and drone available.
- Detail and amenity libraryChairs, linens, place settings, signage, catering plating, getting-ready suites — the small frames your proposals and brochures always need.
- Refreshed as you changeRenovate a room or add a lawn and we reshoot just that, so the library never goes stale.
Found by couples already searching
Partner venues receive a permanent, indexed page on lulanstudio.com — photographs, capacities, the spaces, planning notes and a direct link to your site — woven into the city and regional guides couples actually land on. It is a referral channel that keeps working between events.
- A dedicated venue pageWritten and photographed by us, linked from our regional hubs and city guides, and built to rank for your venue name plus the searches couples type around it.
- Real-wedding featuresEvery wedding we shoot at your property becomes a blog feature that credits and links you.
- Direct couple referralsWhen an inquiring couple asks where to look, partner venues are the answer — matched to their guest count, season and budget.
- Reciprocal placementYou appear on our preferred list; we appear on yours. Both sites gain a relevant, non-paid link.
- Social & newsletterCross-tagged posts and inclusion in features sent to our couple list.

What twelve months actually looks like
A sample cadence. We shape it around your booking season, your renovation schedule and when your rooms photograph best.
Commercial session
Spaces, details and twilight exteriors photographed, plus team headshots. The library your sales team works from all year.
Styled shoot day
Full vendor team on site. Stills, film and vertical cutdowns, then submitted for editorial feature.
Vendor event
100–200 wedding professionals through your doors for one evening of tours, education and structured networking.
Review & renew
We look at referrals sent, features published and imagery used, then set the next year's calendar together.
Before you reach out
What does a partnership cost?
It depends which programs you want and how often. Styled shoot days are usually a shared-cost production — you provide the space, participating vendors contribute product and time, and we produce and deliver. Commercial sessions, headshot mornings and the vendor event are quoted individually or bundled into an annual agreement with locked rates. Tell us what you need and we'll come back with a written scope.
Do we have to be exclusive with you?
No. We don't ask for exclusivity and we don't expect it. Partner venues keep working with every photographer their couples hire — the partnership is about what we build together, not about limiting your list.
Who owns the images?
You receive a written usage licence for the channels we agree on — web, social, print collateral, trade shows and press. Broadcast and paid media are quoted separately. Every set arrives with its terms attached.
How far in advance do we need to plan?
A commercial session or headshot morning needs about four weeks. A styled shoot day needs six to eight, since the vendor team has to be assembled. The vendor event needs eight to twelve weeks so invitations and speakers can be locked in.
Which areas do you cover?
Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Las Vegas without travel fees, and Santa Barbara and the wider West Coast regularly. Anywhere else is quoted with travel.
What if we only want one of the four?
That's normal. Most venues start with the commercial session or the styled shoot, see what it produces, and add the vendor event the following year.

Tell us which rooms you need booked
Send your venue name, the spaces you want photographed and roughly when your season slows down. We'll come back within two business days with a walkthrough date and a scope.
