How much does corporate event photography cost in Los Angeles?
Your lead photographer or videographer is $500 for the first hour and $250 for every hour after, with a 2-hour minimum. Each additional shooter is $500 for the first hour and $50 for every hour after. One photographer for four hours is $1,250; two photographers for four hours is $1,900.
How are headshots priced?
Headshots are $497 an hour, and we photograph about 12 people an hour, so 30 people takes about 3 hours. Each retouched headshot is $35. Thirty people with one retouched headshot each comes to $2,541.
What is a media day, and do you have packages?
A media day brings our studio to your office for headshots, group photos and lifestyle or behind-the-scenes content: a half day (4 hours, up to 25 retouched headshots) is $2,497, and a full day (8 hours, up to 50) is $3,997. Our packages combine event coverage, headshots and social reels for about 10% less than booking each one separately.
How many photographers or videographers do we need?
Plan on one for about every 150 guests. The event-size slider above suggests a team for you, and you can change it. Conferences with several rooms running at once may need more.
How fast do we get the photos and the video?
Edited photos arrive in about 2 weeks and edited video in about 4 weeks. Need them sooner? Ultra Edit ($497 for photo, $497 for video) delivers photos within 24 hours and video within 5 days.
How do we book, and do we have to fill in a form?
No form and no booking calendar. Text or call (626) 662-1844 with your date, venue, guest count, hours, and whether you need photo, video or both. We reply with a total and hold the date.
What add-ons can we bring to the event?
Ultra Edit for faster delivery, a headshot station from $497 per hour, a photo booth from $797 for three hours, a Polaroid photographer for $797 (up to three hours), an instant-camera booth for the whole event from $599 (64 prints) to $999 (200 prints), and five edited social reels for $500. Drone and livestream are priced with your quote.
Do we own the images?
You receive full commercial usage rights for marketing, press and internal use. We retain portfolio rights unless your NDA says otherwise.
Do you travel outside Los Angeles?
We cover Orange County and San Diego regularly, work in Las Vegas and Santa Barbara, and travel nationally for multi-day conferences.
We will need you several times a year. Is there a better way to book?
Yes. A corporate partnership gives you locked partner rates, priority calendar access and one point of contact rather than a fresh quote every time.
