Corporate Headshots and Media Days

We bring a full studio to your office and photograph the whole team in one day — headshots, leadership portraits, culture documentary and lifestyle content, all matched to one look and delivered with commercial licensing.

What a media day covers

One day, three kinds of picture

A media day is the efficient way to solve a year of image needs at once. Everyone is already in the building, the lighting is already up, and the whole roster ends up matched instead of assembled from ten different phone snaps.

Classic, editorial or candid headshots

Professional headshots tailored to your style — classic for formal branding, editorial for personality, candid for a warmer feel. Consistent framing and retouching across the whole roster, including staff photographed later.

Every media day

Editorial, styled group sessions

Group and team photography that captures authentic interaction rather than a line-up against a wall — for about pages, investor decks and recruiting material.

1–4 hours

Lifestyle & behind the scenes

The work actually happening: the floor, the lab, the kitchen, the studio. Content that keeps a careers page and a social calendar fed for months.

1–2 hours

Need a single event covered instead of a studio day? That is corporate event photography.

Questions

Before you book a day

What is a media day, exactly?

One booked block in which we bring a full studio to you and cover several things at once — headshots for the roster, a styled group session, and lifestyle or behind-the-scenes frames. You get a single consistent look instead of images collected piecemeal over a year.

How many people can you photograph in a day?

It depends on the format you choose. A one-hour headshot block suits a small leadership group; the ten-hour package comfortably covers a full team plus group and lifestyle coverage. Tell us your headcount and we will tell you honestly what fits.

What if someone is out that day?

Consistency across the roster is the point of a media day, so people photographed later are matched to the same setup and retouching. Say so up front and we will keep the lighting notes on file.

Do we get commercial rights to the images?

Yes. Both packages include edits, commercial licensing and an online gallery. Video is available as an add-on.

Can you cover our event too?

Yes, but it is a different booking with its own scope and pricing — see corporate event photography. We can also run a pop-up headshot station at an event as an add-on.

We will need photography several times a year. Is there a better way?

Yes. A corporate partnership locks partner rates, gives you priority calendar access and one point of contact, rather than a fresh quote every time.
