The historic marble pool, built for Marion Davies, provides a rare, glamorous vintage backdrop. Beach ceremonies under 150 are permitted without a separate permit, right beside the venue. As a public City venue, rental fees are far more accessible than the neighboring luxury hotels.
Good to know
Capacity is capped around 150, so it cannot host very large weddings in peak season. Alcohol is limited to beer, wine and champagne with indoor bars only. You are restricted to an approved caterer list and house furniture, limiting flexibility.
