Tivoli Italian Villa
An Italian villa-inspired Trademark estate in Fallbrook set among edible olive and herb groves, pairing fountain courtyards and hillside terraces with all-inclusive, bring-your-own-alcohol pricing.
About Tivoli Italian Villa
Tivoli, now operated by Trademark Venues, is a Fallbrook estate built around European villa architecture and old-growth olive and herb groves. Couples wed in the fountain-filled Piazza Tivoli or on the Tesoro terrace, then celebrate under the timber-trussed Al Fresco pavilion. In-house catering is included, and couples can bring their own alcohol. It offers a compact, romantic Italian-countryside feel with all-inclusive planning and the unusual perk of supplying your own alcohol rather than buying bar packages. Included decor, lighting, cake-cutting, and private suites keep logistics simple. Capacity tops out around 200.
What couples love
Couples praised the gorgeous grounds and abundant photo opportunities across the villa's courtyards and groves. Attentive, professional planning coordinators were repeatedly credited with a seamless, stress-free experience. The included in-house food drew multiple compliments, and being allowed to bring your own alcohol was a valued cost-saver.
Good to know
Getting-ready hours are limited, with the bridal suite opening at 11am and the groom's suite not until 2pm. Several reviewers described the planning communication platform as clunky and hard to work with. A few couples noted that some included decor items were missing or not set out on the wedding day.

Photographing Tivoli Italian Villa
Sun-drenched fountain courtyards, weathered brick stonework, and rows of olive trees create a Tuscan-countryside mood. Hillside terraces and old-growth groves frame romantic, warm European-inspired portraits.
