The Oviatt Penthouse went up in 1928. Back then, the limit for city houses was only 13 stories. Since then, the house has undergone numerous renovations to make it the attraction it is today. While Downtown Los Angeles is busy with noise, everything is quiet at this rooftop venue. Vintage and chic, this venue is for those who love DTLA!
